Daily planning, scheduling and documentation of work for repairs, preventative maintenance, installation of new equipment or tools, and maintenance of facilities. Plans and schedules emergency, safety, demand, planned, and project work for maintenance department personnel and external contract resources.

• Manage all process and facilities equipment data in CMMS
• Review, accept, and schedule demand maintenance
• Manage maintenance backlog
• Coordinate equipment availability with production managers and schedulers when needed
• Coordinate manpower availability with maintenance managers and supervisors
• Build and manage preventive maintenance schedule in CMMS
• Maintain historical equipment data files
• Train plant personnel on use of CMMS system
• Resolve CMMS technical issues with IT department and/or software provider

• Associates Degree in an industrial maintenance engineering or manufacturing related field and minimum 2 years industrial maintenance experience
• Hands on computer maintenance management systems experience required
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience with maintenance scheduling, material flow, constraint management, and lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, show strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Self starter
